Nyboder

Buildt by Christian IV from 1631 as housing for the personnel of the Royal Danish Navy. It is still in use as that.

  3. Great photo. Thank you. My grandfather and his wife and her family and my Great Uncle and his family all lived here around 1910 and on. They all worked for Holmen.

    I like the way you captured how the Copenhagen street lights hang. They are so unusual. Your website is great.
