The Royal Operahouse

The Royal Theatre's Operahouse opened in January 2005. The architect behind the project is Henning Larsen and was a gift to Copenhagen from the A.P. Møller Mærsk Foundation. Some people don't like the building and call it the 'Big Toaster', but I like it.

  1. Id does have a different design compared to a few other opera houses, and it sure stands out a bit.

  2. I think the design is appealing. I don't know what you would build that would please everyone.
