ReplyDeleteI remember that city hall from years and years ago. It was late in the day, nearly deserted, and I remember the bicycles in the basement. I assume some people who had ridden the bikes to work were still in the building. If not, maybe the bicycles "lived" there. It was a bit surreal, and also pleasant. A lovely building, too.

ReplyDeleteFL - the hat of the lady is actually not a hat as we usually know it. Hear head is poking through. I think she is very beautiful.
